No Refunds or Prorates

We do not provide refunds, prorates, or credits for any reason, including early termination of a project, subscription, or service. Once payment has been collected, it is final. This policy applies to all services, subscriptions, projects, and digital products offered by Taft Systems.

No Refunds for Lack of Preparedness

Taft Systems is not responsible for project delays or interruptions caused by a client’s lack of preparedness, missed deadlines, or failure to provide necessary information. Payments remain non-refundable even if the project is delayed or terminated for these reasons.

Results Disclaimer

While Taft Systems provides the tools, systems, and support to help your business succeed, we do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on factors outside of our control, such as your individual implementation, market conditions, and ongoing commitment.

Suspensions & Pauses

We understand that unexpected events happen. Project suspensions or pauses may be requested and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, payments already made remain non-refundable. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you anticipate needing a project pause.

Additional Work or Features

If additional needs arise outside of the original scope of work or subscription level, Taft Systems will provide a separate quote and reserves the right to charge additional fees. Payments for additional work are also non-refundable.
